If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time, one-day rental plus one-day loss damage waiver charges (if applicable) will be deducted and 3 % processing fee will be charged on rest of the refund amount.
If booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pick up time, no rental will be deducted, only 3% processing fee will be charged on the refund amount.
If booking is cancelled at or after pick up time, it’ll be treated as no-show and no refund will be provided.
2. By what time do I need to make security deposit?
You need to pay security deposit before the time as communicated in mails and SMS. The booking is liable to be cancelled otherwise.
The amount refunded in such cases will be as per our cancellation policy.
3. Do I have to make reservation?
No necessary but advisable as our cars are high in demand and you don’t want to spend your holidays in hotel or bus stand. Book online to avail upto 20% discount, deal in white, support governments initiative to improve digital payments.
